This machine is a modified version of our Model 90 Tilt-Up that fills a 24 lb. carton with sixteen 1.5 lb. mesh bags and pillow packs.  It fills by weight and stops the motor and closes the spout gate when the target weight is reached.  The gate assures that no extra bags fall in the box.  Stopping the motor prevents bags from piling up and clogging the spout when the full carton is being replaced with an empty one.

  This machine can be modified to handle other carton sizes and weights, as well as other bag sizes.  Like the Model 90R, this machine can be built in Reverse Flow if necessary,  This machine is an unpainted prototype but I wanted to present it ASAP.  I have calmed down the gate so it opens smoother than it appears on the video.  When it is painted and completed I will update this page with new pics and videos.
