Model 03 Carton Filler

  This machine is capable of filling both standard cartons with lids and RPCs and other cartons with no lids. 

  When filling RPCs and other no-lid cartons, a Carton Lifting Mechanism is used to raise the carton 7 inches closer to the feed spout, minimizing product impact and product falling out onto the floor.  The Carton Lifting mechanism glides on a roller track controlled by a pneumatic air cylinder, providing smooth and swift operation.  The Carton Lifting Mechanism is controlled by a virtual "rocker switch" on the touch screen.  It is turned off when running standard cartons with lids and feeds cartons in a similar fashion to the Model 89 Filler.
