Model 08 Carton Filler

  The Model 08 Filler has no built-in scale.  It is fed by a weigher which weighs out the proper weight of the product and dumps it into the box through a hopper in a similar fashion as baggers.  In fact, most of the weighers that our machines are mated to also fill bags.  This machine feeds up to 12 cartons/lane per minute and has been a big seller for us in the last few years.  It has a built-in raise mechanism like the Model 03 for filling RPCs and other cartons with no lids, with a virtual "rocker switch" on the touch screen for disarming the raise when running standard cartons.  Typically it fills cartons from 40-50 lbs. but it can also handle 20 lb. cartons as well.  We have made some recent upgrades to this model to make it more user-friendly and "hands off" automatic.
