Model 90 and 90R Tilt-Up Carton Fillers

​   The Model 90 and Model 90R Tilt-Up Fillers tilt the cartons when filling starts, assuring that the first 1/3 of the product rolls into the carton to minimize damage to fragile potato varieties such as Yukon Golds and Reds.  In recent years we have eliminated the mechanical box stop and opted for a photocell.  This is a simpler and much more reliable way to position the empty box in the scale platform "cradle."  We have also made some changes to the lift which has improved scale accuracy.  In 2013 we introduced the Model 90R, a reverse flow Tilt-Up Filler.  This model fits in places where the Model 90 won't, with the empty cartons in front of the sizer instead of underneath it.   ​
